My great Uncle is an extra in the wizard of Oz, when the mayor munchkin land comes out he's one of the guard munchkins that are aligned in the front and back of the mayors carriage. We use to have a copy of the movie that highlighted him when he was on screen it would just literally have this light ring around him like a weak spotlight was on him. So I definitely wanna get my hands on a pair of these!

i think these could have been executed so much better. It's not the worst it just isnt what I expected for a wizard of oz shoe. Thes have similar material to the PPG SB's so kind of wish they didn't do that. I also feel the under layer being all red was a big miss. The print on the midsole also makes the shoe look kind of tacky or cheap. Sorta like those cheap shirts u find on Temu with print on the whole Tee. The outsole color does look cool with translucent look to it, but they could have made those glow to resemble the shine when it becomes night. Just felt like they were trying to be innovative with the print and went a little overboard and forgot about other aspects of the shoe.

They have another layer under the top layer like past releases that wear away over time. I've seen it just cut off and underneath it is a base red color.
