I absolutely agree with your take on these revoltec figures! It’s a whole new experience with an action figure. It does take time to get him in a crazy pose that you pay for, but I think it’s totally worth the amazing looks this figure can achieve.

I've always wondered what the background is made out of. I think it's the punishers bike, and the ambulance looks like it fold out which makes me think WWE, but I would love to know where the rest comes from. Especially the spiderman suit in the bin

That was really informative, and I loved the comparisons. That David figure of you, beautiful as it is, looks like you got combined with Sorrel or something a little bit haha, and there is no way you're shorter than that Spider-Man, when you ARE Spider-Man! Haha, I also think your own body might resemble the Iron Spider, with all your ball joints, than the Stan Lee body! Haha, just kidding about the ball joints of course. This video seemed closer to back to normal than the one where you were very exhausted from so much work! Not that I've minded any of these, they were all nice and fun, and through this one I learned a whole lot about what to expect with an Amazing Yamaguchi figure. I think, if I have any, what I have may be a knockoff or something of Captain America, I think it either is or is modeled upon and almost identical to an Amazing Yamaguchi, but it definitely looked a bit weird haha. When you showed the figure comparisons, I think McFarlane looked the most impressive for the price, and the price of this Amazing Yamaguchi could not really be justified overall, like you felt also. The comparisons also showed how impressive the Marvel Legends are in comparison, they can sometimes be really nice figures that look right on the level almost with even the Storm Smoke or whatever, the plastic and elements didn't even look all that different. The NECA Turtle looked really good, but NECA is so famous for sometimes having very fragile figures that don't last and quality control issues, that it makes the figures possibly more tense to move around a lot or play with much, even though they immediately look so attractive and impressive. That is why I think McFarlane, for bringing his prices so low and down to Earth in comparison with some others these days, while having almost always provided what appears visually to be some of the most impressive sorts of images and figures, ends up being a winner in my book, but too bad that we might never see McFarlane's take on Marvel things, and so many of the choices, and often also the coloring decisions, sometimes have been looking not too appealing. Whatever NECA, Hasbro, and others do, I'd love to see McFarlane also do, since that would likely mean something affordable for people that also looks quite impressive in display and is probably playable enough, if not the most dynamic overall. I love the handle and feel of Marvel Legends though and how some of their figures are so easy and fun to play with and pose around and balance. I'm so glad they aren't at even higher prices than they are, since other companies seem to be giving people just slightly more, or even less in some cases, with much more fragile or finnicky figures that can take a lot of the fun out of the toys. So this might be your One Amazing Yamaguchi to compare things with, I also like when they all stand together so I can see them together all at once, one example or examples of various heights and shapes from various series, so if there are multiple sized figures within one series or brand, I'd like to see those together too, so maybe a line up including the NECA, the Yamaguchi, the Storm figures of various heights, and there are many more that you can get at least one of over time that seem cool enough to use in these sorts of comparisons, the comparisons and measuring really make for extremely useful content for serious buyers, collectors, and people with their dioramas and displays. I'm so glad it finally arrived and you got to show us all what it is like! I really had no idea about any of these issues too much, and this figure had even more extra features like the legs that were great to see how they ended up working. Haha, not to make you feel bad at all, but I wasn't impressed with the figure itself or its appearance now, but it did end up making all the Marvel Legends we have seem very impressive to me, considering something so similar in many ways is so much more expensive! I definitely have the same thinking and issues. I want the figure to be and look like a moving piece of art, one that has most of its "toy" aspects concealed or limited so as not to make the suspension of disbelief untenable or otherwise to make the imagination too strained to cover up and justify all kinds of big, sometimes literal, gaps in things. That is why sometimes some Marvel Legends figure with the light passing through the middle like you mentioned in this video as well, are slightly disturbing sometimes, I want my little guys and girls to have solid bodies, with nothing too weird looking, covered up elements, I would even sacrifice some posing ability so that the figure looks as best as possible. My last purchase was a figure from the Dark Alliance Series II by "Art Asylum" which may have become Diamond Select, called Cremator. He looks a bit like a big, angry, topless grandma, and I really love the detailing and the appearance, which seems to be the most important to me, but then again I like things to be able to take on different poses somewhat to increase their value, so instead of just one statue in a single pose, it can be multiplied into all kinds of extra value by all the ways it can appear, even though it is unlikely to appear in many poses after-all, since I've noticed my figures often sit around for a long time just set up or posed or even in their boxes for a while before I can get to them and handle them for a while, or occasionally change up their poses and think about things, so they are basically home decorations, tools for mental stimulation, and creative inspiration!

right I gotta defend it, just cus I love the line so much, if you want to get a bit more from this figure specifically, id say swap out the loose silver ball pegs for one of the other ones in the "spiderleg"(maybe the one closest to the tip/pincer), and it should hold the back better, very glad you've taken a chance on the line, i do hope you eventually get their upcoming Deadpool and their New wolverine, theive not announced a new wolverine yet but im sure a brown and tan Revoltech wolverine is around the corner, great stuff as always dave

You two lost your Amazing Yamaguchi virginity together! Based on this video, do you feel that David's experience was similar to your own? Haha, your idea for a Green Goblin is really awesome. Maybe the coolest Green Goblin figure or doll I've seen lately has been the Soosootoys SST029 1/6 Green Menace Classic Goblin or something like that, on Ebay haha, I wonder what you might think of that one. It might not be the scale you're into but I thought it looked pretty darn cool and impressive, down to the realism and teeth and stuff haha

I have a few, Deadpool and magneto who are open and gambit and iron spider you are unopened, love the magneto and Deadpool a lot they don't have they issue with the kneecap since it's a separate piece with a organs ball joint lol. On top of that magneto has magnets on alternate hands which is pretty dope if you ask me. The Deadpool is just so much fun with his alternate heads and eyes and hands I love his heart eyes which I currently have him displayed with. Wish I could get the new one coming out but not likely.

@@juggernaut3338 David really makes so many of our days better, it is a real service to humanity! What is going on by the way? Maybe you've discussed it already and might not feel like doing so again, but if one finds every little thing to make the situation even just a tiny bit better, it can build up in increments. In the case of mourning (shooting in the dark, since I don't know what the situation is, and hopefully it wasn't a shooting in the dark) I've noticed just going all for it and crying fully can help a lot, and for as long as it takes, for as many days or months or whatever, and then not suppressing it, but also not being reactive in a way that one tries to cover it up with anything or distracting themselves too much, the times that the sadness or crying occurs just spreads out more gradually, until it ends up being something eventually which continues to be sad any time one thinks of it, but the reaction was worked out through the thorough release and allowing oneself to think whatever and deal with the loss consciously and actively without trying for quick fixes or feeling bad about feeling bad or anything like that.

Revolteh AY Gambit is very frustrating because the shoulder flap and face pop off too easily. When trying to put the flap on tighter it broke. Too many obvious spaces, head seemd too small, and upperbody too narrow with the jacket literally being part of the torso. Hate to admit it but ended up throwing it out. It does get loose over time. Have Wolvie with the same body as the IS and is a better body than the thinner ones. Excellent review!

I think what you meant to say is that Doug Jones looks like David with a serious illness or eating disorder, and David looks like Henry Cavill had Henry's life run another course, and Doug Jones and Henry Cavill were part of a program developed to create what was code named as "Model Behaviour" and the one perfect being that would have the genetic traits from both Doug Jones and Henry Cavill to combine into one, ultimate, severely receding hairline.
