That’s awesome that he can spend his days meditating, but how can the average person do that and pay the bills? I know he is teaching now and must get paid for it and that is fabulous. I always wonder how we can quit our jobs and go find ourselves and be happy without losing everything unless you have plenty of money to travel, explore, etc. Just a realistic question. ❤️

Jane Baldwin Hi Jane, I empathise with your question as I too was asking it many years ago. 9 years ago I experienced my own crisis and literally hit rock bottom and eventually dropped out of everything. The reason for this was because I was living my life in line with societal norms and what I thought others wanted me to do and be instead of following my heart's desire. So in an attempt to answer your Question: Start small, meditate 5-10 minutes before you go to sleep and upon waking. Breath into your heart, quiet the mind and as you sit in the silence you will start to experience visions, thoughts, moments of creativity and inspiration. As you continue to tap into this space the more your heart will start to sing again, joy will begin to seep into your life. Be aware that you may start to disconnect from that, that no longer serves you whether that be your job, relationships, vices like junk food and alcohol Etc. Soon your vibration will rise. Have faith you are guided every day in every way. The start of your inner journey starts with you. I hope this helps you and others. Much light and love going your way. 🌟💖🇦🇺
