This is very useful instruction. It is Learning to understand yourself and makes you really look inside you emotions. I suggest writing things down firstly. And be brutally honest. It’s not easy, but after a few weeks you really think better and it brings you into a better feeling. And yes, I have had a crappy life! I do not wish to share. it has been brutal. But now I am moving on and trusting in my life and emotions. I have learnt greatly after listening to the choices the universe sends. You have huge energy, do not give it away. I have a hard time keeping my mind available because it is consumed with chronic pain addled with medication and a life of pain. But I am somehow happy and I have spent years focusing on my health shedding the expectations of life leaving me. I found contentment, joy, happiness and a level of acceptance of my past I never expected, I see life is what it is and moments pass leaving now. I believe I have a bingo because I have experienced all the levels you mention leaving me here. I have all I need and need all I have.
