I would see Karate Joe more as the king of the Rhythm Heaven franchise in general, having appeared in all games. (and have a sequel, in addition to remix appearances)

I actually have come to like this remix a lot more now, I like it a little bit more than Remix 8 from Tengoku, but not as much as Fever, DS, and Remix 6 from Tengoku. I just wish they chose a better game for the intro and outro for this remix. Like Built to Scale, or Karate man. (Though DS already did that, and Tengoku did something a little similar with Remix 8 by making him the most recurring character throughout it.) Lumbearjack just isn't the game that comes to mind when I think about rhythm heaven.
