Abuja is doing what Lagos didn't do as a capital city! That is preparing for the future! So instead of being negative and bad bellyaching... Let us all endeavour to educate our children and our wards, so they can grow up to have this be their own reality and live in these homes! These are investments for the future, and just like the vlogger says, in another 20 years, Guzape will come onto it's own!

This neighborhood is beautiful , some of the houses here are expensive because they have appreciated over time . One of the best ways to key into neighborhoods like this is key in as off plan purchases with a reputable developer so when the house have been fully completed , it will in turn have appreciated giving you returns on your investment. Returns in terms of profit, if you decide to sell the house , or returns as savings because the rates you bought the houses at ,will have appreciated as well so your newly competed home will also be at current market price or value wit other homes in the same neighborhood.

That country needs some serious environmental/building codes. The inability to maintain the surrounding, the grass, the walk ways free of cars is mind bugling and some of the houses have leftover sands for whatever reason. Cars should be towed if they illegally park on the grass but i quickly forget that naija is not a sane place, anything goes and its a shame.
