I appreciate, and am even somewhat relieved, that both Perlmutter and Wolf are willing to adjust their approaches based on new learnings. In no way do I sense they're caving to critics or naysayers. On the contrary, it appears they're each heads down in their studies of nutrition and health and not afraid to share new learnings and adjust their messages. I think it adds to their credibility.

Bruce Brown Couldn't agree more. Well said sir. They have demonstrated great humility, they should be an inspiration to anyone and it's a blessing to hear from them.

If you look at the interview with the 'Eat Wheat' author, it was most gentlemen like and definitely a blueprint on how to debate different sides of an argument. You don't need to agree with the other person, just listen and see if you can learn

D_HongKongVideos I need to learn that. My zealousness gets away from me and my emotions get the best of me and I scare people away with the truth about health care.... Among a couple other topics I put many, many hours of study into.

Great interview Dr.P'! I keep running into you in my daily interests. I just unexpectedly caught you in "The Magic Pill" and this time I was youtubing "Robb Wolf"! What a contribution you two have made toward people achieving their health goals! Thanks for this interview. Is that you on the guitar at the end of the interview?

The biggest barrier to "best foods for nutrition", whether Keto, Paleo, Plant Based, Mediterranean, etc. is not selecting a way of eating; It's not even sticking to the way of eating. The biggest barrier is each of these ways of eating is it is for people with money and/or time. Buying the groceries needed to sustain ...grass fed, pasture raised, organic (etc)...and preparing EVERY MEAL ...is unsustainable for the working class.

If you go back to the 1970 and earlier, you had to make every meal yourself there was no takeaways and pizza and fast foods, so your statement that it’s impossible to make all your meal from scratch, they worked much longer hours than today, with much heavier jobs. My children were born 1970 and 1973 I cooked everything, all the meals and lunches all week and all’s weekend. I used to plan for holidays and cook before we went to help us have less to do while away, for many years we couldn’t even afford a holiday, I also worked 2 part time jobs to help make ends meet. I remember when McDonalds first came to the UK we were near the outlet my sons were about 12 and we went to try them, we were not impressed the bread was like eating cotton wool, so we have never ever eaten many of those. So you definitely can cook your own food, you just get out of the habit. Regarding the grass fed etc, eat what you can afford it’s still better than eating fast foods.
