Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Companies haven't seen a dramatic decrease in productivity (in many cases they have seen an increase). Company A: Requires employees to be on-site. Spends 10-15% of revenue on office space. Can only acquire talent in a specific region. Company B: Remote first culture. Spends 0% of revenue on office space. Has access to global talent pool. I'll let you be the judge. Stop investing in commercial real estate until they start repurpose these spaces.
