We make it just with yogurt water and salt. Ive heard the Indians make aslo with sugar, is it true?

@@xhonshehu9703 yes, Lassi it is! It is like a thicker version of buttermilk(chanch) and depending on which part of India you are having it in, you could also have some condiments in it, such as coriander, cumin, rock salt, rock sugat and so on.

I'm only assuming not stating but from I've seen so far on videos and what I've heard. It seems the Balkan's have a Greek, Turk/Arabic sorta influences in their food it seems mostly. I know parts of the Balkans do have alot of minorities like Greek or Turk ect I'm just curious if these minority groups have influenced in other ways to like culture, music etc. If anyone know's more please do tell.
@853dlg2 жыл бұрын
im an Albanian who was born and raised in Turkey, i can assure you these cultural influences were definitely mutual and it is not like Turks effected the Balkans but in general Ottoman empire had some similar cultural features from one point to another point of the empire, every ethnicity added something to the general culture of the empire. Etymologically the name Byrek probably comes from old Turkish but Byrek was probably being made in The Balkans even before the Ottomans in fact in Turkey when you say Byrek what comes to mind is the Balkans everybody knows here that Bosniaks and Albanians make the best Byreks in Turkey. Every place is famous for something, for example Baklava is being made in all parts of the former Ottoman empire but the Gaziantep city in Turkey makes the best ones by far, it is the city of Baklava
@fluz22224 жыл бұрын
You visited all these other countries in the Balkans before you went to Albania and Kosovo! What took you so long to visit the only Native people in the Balkans? Was it the propaganda that you were fed by the slavs of the Balkans? I am very curious to know? Thanks!
