Actually, China has tons of rice noodle dishes in different provinces but I don’t know why the Chinese immigrants in the West didn’t sell rice noodles in their restaurants. You should do a Chinese noodles related videos when visiting China. For example: wheat noodles, rice noodles, sweet potato starch noodles, potato starch noodles, bean starch noodles, millet noodles, barley noodles, acorn noodles, etc……..

please tell me which Vietnamese last names.... are not from China....Vietnamese are just like Taiwanese...but independent from China just like Korea, Japan....they originally came from Q.Dong, Trieu Chau...areas....and all over China's...many generations from Trieu Da...200 BC....that is why Vietnamese still celebrate Lunar New Year like Chinese...that are the only 2 countries still celebrate it..

my staff and guides are all paid for and fully supported. I always provide meals for people, but I don't show staff lunch on camera. Every restaurant is carefully planned and the dishes are prepared for on camera to film. They aren't just cooking dinner for us out of the blue. Everybody eats and nobody has to "share" their dinner, my staff orders what they want to eat whether its Vietnamese food or Pizza. I just wanted to clarify.

Hey, it's still a nice experience because not all chinese food are the same in different countries. It has a diferent touch of that country and part of its culture. District 5 is one of the unique food place to explore in VN 😊.

If you're ever planning to visit Saigon, I will recommend you try not only Vietnamese foods but also Chinese foods too. The Chinese food there tastes way better and different than Chinese food you can get in the U.S. There's no need to think that it's weird that you come to VN just to try Chinese food. Chinese or what we're call người Hoa, they're officially one of the ethnic group in VN, so what you're trying is Vietnamese - Chinese cuisine
