A great video, from start to finish, of a superb country, so full of all things historically rich & the culture so wonderful. The people of this country are so friendly & hospitable & the food, oh my!! Seriously, in a league all it's own. The food looks so very fresh, colourful & so damn delicious & as an avid cook, I have decided to try a few of these recipes. I love the use of fresh herbs & plentiful seasoning in my food, so this is right up my alley. I will certainly visit Georgia some day in the near future, as I've always been very attracted to & intrigued by Georgia. As we all know, some countries are still very underrated & I think that Georgia's one of these countries. So far as where Georgia sits in the world, it matters not. Truth is, all global borders are "man made" anyway, so it really matters not. Some early European Historian's, really created many an issue for we humans globally & it appears that back in the day, segregation really overruled assimilation, specifically between many varying ethnic groups, from both Europe & outside of Europe. Culturally, we're all quite different, but genetically speaking, almost all humans globally are ethnically admixed (with the exception of some E & SE Asian & Indigenous ethnic groups) & countless global DNA test results & videos abound, are certainly challenging & even verifying this truth. This video is so interesting & fun to watch, that I've watched it many times over & I never tire of it. Thanks David for visiting Georgia, a land of intense beauty & really lovely peoples.
