This was barely 10% of the FF7 plot by itself. They even got some of the stuff wrong and just passed it off as contradictory or nonsensical plot points lol. It's a parody song, not meant to be an encyclopedia of the game.

Well other than a certain FFXV, FFVII is capable to tell a complete and satisfying story without any additions like movies, spinn-offs and DLC's. All this stuff was made after and not planned right from the start as part of the main thing.

This is my favorite series of starbomb songs because they can appeal to a lot of people. This song is smooth jazz, the Metal Gear song is a rap, and the Kingdom Hearts one is a convoluted mess that only Danny, Arin, and Brian can make work.

I know it's been about more than a year but I still frequently revisit this song. Technically, Ninja Gaiden’s plot isn’t exactly simple. The game has cutscenes and plot twists and everything. It’s definitely simple compared to any Final Fantasy game though. Also, his name is Ryu, but I guess they didn’t want to confuse him with the one from Street Fighter.
