Ye but he says “Now I’m only getting the least engaged people” which is not true, the least engaged people will bounce off earlier so for in order to show the popup to them he will also have to show to everyone else since least engaged people bounce off after 15 seconds for example and the most engaged maybe after a minute, so it’s impossible to only target the least engaged people without targeting the engaged people
