I googled "davnici resolve send listen sidechain work" to try to find how the routing on sidechaining works - does 'listen' listen to everything or just what's sent? Well, google brought me right to 1:20 of your video and that answered it for me. Thanks for making this video dude. Much appresh

How would you go about removing crosstalk with side chaining? Fairlight doesn't allow for two tracks to be sending at the same time, right?

I don't follow with the duplicating speech track part. Also for me if the audio from the send track ends, and then just after the hold time has run out, starts again (when I pause in speaking for a bit), when I stop talking again even for a shorter time than the hold duration the audio on the listening track will spike up a lot. This is quite annoying and is causing me some issues and forcing me to set a longer hold duration than I would otherwise want, any ideas on how to fix this?

Marry me! I’m doing a crash course on Davinci resolve to complete an overdue small film for a course that’s do yesterday. Your videos are great and the side chain I did yesterday worked fine, but somehow there was some button I had to turn the dynamics on to out that I can’t find. I’m practicing on the beginner tutorial and will see if I can find any markers on last nights clip but if you know what I’m talking about, please write back!

This is a very unclear video. You show things that you say not to do, multiple clicks, and arrows that are not even on point-nothing is in sync with your instructions. Take this dislike!

Improving my sound skills is on m'y liste, but as a noobie it's seems like a World apart, and not that many good tutorial. Dont know if I'm asking too much, but I feel like having short exemples could be a good way to educate a bigger chunk of audience ✌️🥸🙂
