I forgot to mention the exclusion points in Runway: you can use these instead of manually using the refine brush but it will not be as accurate as manually going over it.

Magic mask is much easier but that node is very heavy and many times it doesn't track the mask properly Going frame by frame is a pain but yeah we just gotta work with what we have
