Firstly, double-check that your media files are still in the right place. DaVinci Resolve usually looks for them where you imported them from. If you moved the files, you'll need to relink them. Secondly, ensure you have enough RAM. DaVinci Resolve recommends 16GB for editing. If you have less, you might experience slowdowns or the "Media Offline" error. Thirdly, make sure your media file format is compatible with DaVinci Resolve. You can find a list of supported formats on their website. If you've confirmed all these points and still face the error, head over to the DaVinci Resolve support page and request help.
