Nice you got to film the whole restaurant! I saw myself a multiple times passing with a trolley in the video when Moataz was showing you the Mansaf. I was wearing black and white. The restaurant looks smaller in the camera than in real life, I mean its big especially when you are standing in it. Its off day for me now but I will show this video to everyone in the restaurant tomorrow especially the ones who appeared in the video.

if you come back to India do visit Kashmir. the Kashmiri Wazwaan as it is called is a feast of multiple items in which there are a bit similar recipes with meat and yogurt too. They have something called as Goshtaba which is very finely minced meat balls cooked in yogurt sauce also eaten with rice. look up for Kashmiri wazwaan on the net.

to correct your information the sauce (jameed) not made from gout cheese as you say it made from (dried gout yogurt) we make ball of heavy yogurt with alot of salt to preserved for long time and put it outside on sun rays for 1 month to be full dry. like rock and when we use it we put it in water for 12 hour after that blend it with water and cooked

@@مھدفاروقفیاضاحمد Ghee is its name English though so you don't necessarily need to know Pakistani to call it Ghee but I was impressed that he knew it was called Ghee in the first place.
