David the receptionist at the front desk seemed rude by not looking at you when you were talking with her…Eye contact is one of the most important ways to show your customers that you are listening, interested, and respectful. Avoiding eye contact can make you seem uninterested and very unprofessional…she definitely needs to be retrained…

There is a need for management to review their standards here because having these amenities are of no use if your staff isn't proactive in welcoming guests. As seen in the video, none of the staff is proactively approaching the guest to address his concerns.In such an excellent hotel, I am surprised at how relaxed and laid back all the staff seemed to be; something you would not expect to find at such a place.

Thank you ! I am from India, I was born and raised there . A lot of women in India feel that they should not be very courteous to opposite sex because they think if they are they will be mistaken for being flirtatious r which is a slur on their character and they think the men will start hitting on them .This is a very ludicrous behavior which is worse among slightly educated women .I feel exactly the same way !

Davud!! I subscribed to your channel the second you gave an honest opinion about the training issue of the employees in this hotel. You are absolutely correct with your evaluation. You have paid a handsome amount for the hotel and you should get the service!! The lady at the reception was cold and the lady who escorted you was closed!! This is not how you welcome guests in a 5 star luxury hotel, you being a foreigner. All the more reason!! Kudos for your honesty!!👍

Mashima, the receptionist, left a lot to be desired. Her training is not up to a luxury hotel standard and her bearing, uniform and general appearance wasn’t upto standard. I was very surprised to see the staff at the hotel 😮
