Esfahan or Aspadana - Old Persian, Ispahan - Middle Persian, has a rich history spanning over 3000 years. It was the capital city of various rulers - Persians, Arabs, and Turkic. It is the fusion of Arabic, Sassanian, Classic Persian, Byzantine, Turkic influences in the architecture and palaces in which it gets its name (half of the world) and what makes it so beautiful! One of the most famous dishes in the world, Biryani, is from Esfahan! I am originally from Shiraz but my favourite city is still Esfahan! ❤

Dawood, you have changed my perception of Iran..... I thought being a Muslim country ruled by maulavis, it would be a very closed society, moral police keeping a watch 24/7 but it's refreshing to see a free & vibrant society, the females too quiet open & enjoying thier freedom, a very historical, ancient country with a vibrant & friendly people.... Thanks for the vdo

Tehran is a very crowded city with almost 19 Million Population which includes Suburbs. Isfahan is a Historic city built like this 550 years ago and is registered as a World Heritage example. It was built By Shah ABBAS Safavi gradually during the Renaissance Period of Italy. The King was an enlightened person and paid great attention to City Building.

Tehran is a relatively new city, where Isfahan goes much farther back in history. Tehran was nothing more than a small village until Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar chose it as his capital after becoming Shah in 1897.

iran vs othuman war during safavid dynesty tabriz was capital of iran so othuman broke in,captured tabriz and stayed there for20 years so king ofvsafavid scaped to esfahan and made esfahan capital of iran than made and shaped nagshe jahan, even capied jolfa in esfahan.the bigger jolfa is in tabriz.than shah abass won wars vs othuman ,recaptured tabriz and iraq too.and even van and its suburb too. also war over azerbaiijan and baku.the way isfahan people accent is mix of persian and azeri so lots people race also mix in esfahan.if the shah did not scape to esfahan it is possible all these beauty never existed at first place so hurra hurra for safavi dynesty. nb waiting your video of hotle abassi or shah abass hotel

Azerbaijanis in Iran are Turks. They identify themselves as "Turks" and nothing else. Over the past millennium, the territory of today's “so-called” Iran was ruled by Turkic dynasties starting from the Ghaznavids, Seljuks, Timurids, Safavids and ending with the Qajar’s. By the early 20th century, the Persian Pahlavi dynasty stole power from the Turks with the help of European powers, mainly Britain. Until that time there had never been a country called Iran. Since that day the Persian nationalists have been discriminating against Azerbaijani Turks and other minorities. Azerbaijani Turks in Iran are not a minority, but a majority. The Iranian current ayatollah mullah regime is systematically assimilating them. In most cases, the Persian neo-Nazis do not even recognize the Turkish identity of Azerbaijanis, calling them an Iranian fake "Azeri" minority just speaking Turkish or a hybrid mix of Iranians with Mongols. They openly insult the Turks, denying their ethnicity. This is the official state policy towards the Azerbaijani Turks in Iran. There are over 40 million Turks that live in Iran, but they don't even have the schools in Turkish language. The regime persecutes every Turk who demands a school or any other basic human right. The Persians are using the fanatical sect of Shia Islam to cover-up their ultra-nationalist pan-Farsist chauvinist agenda and oppress other ethnic groups. This ideology has nothing to do with the religion of Islam, but they call the state an Islamic republic. Iran is not an Islamic republic, but a Persian national kleptocracy. They actively promote the Persian neo-Nazi ideology of Aryan race supremacy. 🔴 Just read the comments below and make sure everything I wrote is true‼

This person uses two different names to paste the same comment in every video about Iran. His other account name is "Timothy Olsen". He thinks if he called himself "Olsen", with that name, people will believe he's Danish or Norwegian Ok Olsen or Peжиссёр 😅, you're neither Danish nor Norwegian. Why don't you use your real turkish name. Ok let's get serious now. "There had never been a country called Iran". Really ? Oh, You're so funny. I tried my best to remain serious, but I can't stop laughing 😅! I never knew Danish and Norwegian people were this funny 🤣😂😺😅😆😸😆😄😃🤣🐸😹😸😺😊😂🐸😅😃😄😄😹😆😄😸😅😺 This guy is a professor emeritus at Воğaziçi University in İstanbul, and teaches part time at a kindergarten in karabağ, Azerbaijan, and tells his students that Iran is Azerbaijan. He's the most famous Iranologist, has written the most authoritative book about Iran, called Iran's History for dummies. Move over Mr Herodotus, there's a new kid in town. After reading this book, the most prestigious universities in Europe and the US such as Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Ludwig Maximilian Universität - München, Germany, Sorbonne Université, France, have decided to use his book in all their Iran's History classes, and are throwing out all their other textbooks on Iran's History because they now believe they were written by Iranians who had stolen Turkish history, claiming to be Iran's History. Distinguished professor emeritus, you're 100% correct for saying that Iran never existed. Cyrus the Great and Darius the Great never ruled Iran(Persia), because there was no Iran (Persia), they were ruling over Fiji or Djibouti or somewhere in Australia, or one of the countries in Horn of Africa. And both kings were Turk, not Persian. Everything Herodotus, Xenophon and other historians wrote about Iran (Persia), were dictated to them by Iranians who had stolen them from Turkish history and had changed them to Persian history. All the cities, Persepolis and historical monuments in Iran were built overnight. They were not there before 1935. And that map in all university textbooks showing Persian empire, stretching from Indus valley to Mediterranean are fake. One more thing, Mr professor emeritus, in fact Persepolis was built by Turks not Persians and used to be called Türkepolis, and since the Greeks didn't like Turks, with the help of Persians, they changed it's name from Türkepolis to Persepolis. Distinguished professor emeritus, your Iran's History book is in such a high demand all over the world that the publisher can't keep up with the demand and it is no longer available. I tried to order it online from Hamazon, but they informed me that they didn't have it, and actually they never heard of the book !!!! 🤣
