My son and I saw Davy in a solo acoustic, singer, songwriter, storyteller setting 2 nights ago in State College, Pa. He told us some great emotional stories and sang some heartfelt songs. We have been seeing him live since he was 21 in 2008 and enjoy him in whatever format he`s playing in !

I really like this guy Rory who reminds me so much of another Rory, this one from Ireland who we used to see quite a bit of back in the 70s. I saw Rory Galligher both in London and NYC and he was allways a fine blues rockin act and suddenly he was gone. Rory Cochren has that same energy, stage drive and excelant tone. Love the pickup he put in the neck position on that Tele he's playing. Beautiful tone.
