@SM The manipulation of male/female population breakdown certainly constitutes a lie because its subject to numerous variations. Hate preaching Deedat takes a single figure that he's chosen and used that to manipulate an argument. He does that because like all Muslims he was fundamentally dishonest. At birth the US follows the same trend as most of the world with a slight excess of male children at birth however that alters because males subject themselves to higher risk activities and jobs and suffer a higher fatality rate during their expected lifetime. Women, in general, also outlive men so when toward old age the proportion shifts so there's an excess of women and in the US, among those who are age 85 or over there are almost twice as many women as men. That skews the overall statistic he chose to use in order to mislead. Is his point that these 85 year old women need a husband so desperately they would share one? This is typical of the dishonesty Muslims use to justify the ridiculous nonsense of the Quran and Islam in general. Male to female ratios are interesting because Muslim countries are at odds with much of the rest of the world with lower female rates. This is particularly true in the middle east and due to forced abortion and even allowing female babies to die through neglect after birth. The differences compared to the rest of the world are staggering but you never hear this hate preacher mention that. His semantics are also dishonest and attempt to misrepresent the ability of Muslim men to take four wives. He's also dishonest in not criticising Muslim men take more than one for breaking up families as invariably happens. He accuses Americans, British, Germans and French for having problems to hide those with Islam and Muslim cultures by lying that polygamy is the solution. A solution to a problem that isn't there. IF polygamy is the Islamic solution to controlling lust explain the many Muslim child grooming gangs that exist in western Europe. Muslims are frequent users of prostitutes so clearly your ridiculous Quran provides no solutions. Deedat then lies and tries to split the Quran away from Islam and in fact at 4:44 when he says "No doubt that general Muslim community seems to have that idea that when you want to divorce your wife its just you have to say talaq talaq talaq". This IS what happens, this IS Islam and no matter how anyone claims those that do this aren't proper Muslims, the Islamic councils of many countries disagree and even allow this via text messaging. That he then criticises Shorrosh is sheer hypocrisy. Like Swaggart and the others Deedat mentions he is also a TV evangelist who uses the same techniques. Their audiences are all self selected and are brain dead morons obsessed with joining in the mass hysteria, believing everything while fact checking nothing.

What is a lamp by definition, a producer of light and light Allah references the moon but not the moon as a producer of light. So the lamp a producer and the moon a light what can you understand from that. Sun produces light and then the moon reflects the light acting as a light.

"Justice" here is referred to something that can be measured, not something abstract like affection, love, etc. Dont take my word for it. Read the opinions and commentary of muslim scholars regarding the issue. However, even if a muslim cant do justice between their wives, it's still better than acting to be faithful while at the same time frequenting prostitutes or fornicating for more satisfation.

First learn that if you are marrying the second third fourth woman then what are the conditions for it. you can learn this from the hadith. The woman you are marrying could be widowed so marry her to support her, this is justice. the woman you are marrying could be a new convert to Islam and she needs husband like support then marry her. The reason why Muhammad married 13 woman was not out of lust but it was to show us muslims that what types of woman we can marry. And also man doesnt need a woman. Man is self sufficient. And also one woman cannot offer the same justice to four men the way one man can offer the same justice for four women. Men and women arent equal. They are equally different. But overall man surpasses woman. A man can get four woman pregnant at the same time but a woman cant get pregnant by four different men and bear four different offsprings at the same time. I didn’t find any of that convincing. In context, the verse in the Quran he quotes clearly says it’s okay to marry 4 women. Later he goes on to argue that marrying 4 women can help satisfy the sexual desires of men. And yet he boasts (but it’s a lie) that the Quran is the only book that says “marry only one woman.” What is he trying to argue? I can think of four people in the Bible who said marry only 1 woman. The first is God in the creation account (Genesis 2:24). God created marriage to be between one man and one woman. The next is Moses who forbid the “multiplying of wives.” The next is Jesus, who reaffirmed the teaching on marriage found in Genesis 2:24. And the last is the Apostle Paul.

As a practicing Muslim who grew up in a solid Muslim majority environment before emigrating as a young man to the USA, I can confidently say the following: The luckiest men are those whose first wife actually recommends that the husband take a second wife, and who even suggests for him the candidate that she already loves and trusts and has thoroughly vetted, and whom she actually wants to see her husband marry and take care of. You can see this sometimes among two women who are inseparable best friends or kinswomen, who love and trust each other, and if one of them is having trouble finding a good, kind, caring husband, the first wife might recommend that her husband marry her best friend or kinswoman as his second wife, so that the latter isn’t condemned to permanent spinsterhood. I’ve seen this scenario before, and those marriages are some of the happiest and most solid that I’ve ever seen.

Simply to stop their overpopulation problem as women are the conditional factor for birth so in theory, less women = less population growth. In the west, theres more women than men and thats just on birth. When you add factors like male infants death rate is higher than women infant because of immunity differences, male accidental death rate (traffic, working in difficult and periphery jobs, industrial or building deaths, army, doctors etc), more male being drug addicts, gay men, men with syndromes that causes hormonal changes for them to be feminine, the ratio of marriable men is far less. Logic wise, the main reason this rule is established by islam is because men are the guardian, women are the person being guarded, its the same thing like a king having many viziers, but a single vizier having 2 kings will be devastating because it comes down to treason. As you can see in society, a woman will eventually accept the fact that her husband is shared and that it helps society for the better, rather than a man sharing his wife, which has in this very world, even in the west, led to cases of murders. This is because of the fundamental difference between man and woman. Nature doesnt really change for inconveniences created by human being themselves. Hope that answers your question.
