💕Baked Fish💕
1 kg Fish fillet( I took Frozen Basa)
1 tabsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tabsp Mustard paste
2-3 Tabsp Soya Sauce
2-3 tabsp Lemon juice
1 tsp coriander crushed seeds
1/4 tsp Ajwain( Carom seeds)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tabsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste( remember soy sauce has salt too)
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Food colour a pinch
Make a paste. Apply on fillets and set aside for 2-3 hours.
Brush 1/4 cup oil before baking.
Bake at 350F until golden & crisp.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 kg chicken cut into pieces
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste
1 onion finely sliced
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
1 heaped teaspoon Karahi masala powder optional
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder freshly grounded
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli for colour
1 tablespoon sesame seed
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
4-5 tomato sliced or pureed
Garnish
1 teaspoon Dry roasted coriander seeds crushed
1½ inch piece ginger thickly grated
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon dry roasted cumin
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
4-5 medium hot green chillies/ coriander leaves
1 lemon sliced in wedges

MashAllah mai nay bhi Eid dawat ki thi sabki mujhy tension bahut hoti hay pata nahi aap kasy itna peaceful ho ker sab kerti hain mai nay is Eid per chand raat ko to qorma kheer or pulao ki yakhni bana li thi or chicken tika marinate ker lia tha phir bhi Eid waly din mai nay samosy banaye pakory banaye dahi bhaly banaye fish fry ki or gol gapy bhi ready kiye pulao ready kia or mai itna thak gai k pocho mat

Assalam alaikum belated Eid Mubarak, nice dawat, jab bhi koyi bhi dhaag ho uspe first pani dale agar bahar ho ya agar hand wash mile jaldi se lagakar usko thoda rub kare direct kabhi washing liquid ya powder se na wash kare agar oil ka dhaag ho udpe talcum powder dale phir tooth brush se lightly scrub kare dry cloth pe agar oil ka dhag ho , mai handwash ki tip kayi yrs se use karrahi hu haldi, brown koyi bhi dhaag chala jaega lekin immediately karenge toh otherwise water zarur lagaye takih dhaag cloth thread ke andar na jaye , in sha Allah apke dhaag chale jaenge ❤

Nicely done chores, daughter's painting is beautiful 😍 and you asked the tip to remove tea stain it doesn't go after drying the only solution is quick wash if possible. Even just wash with water or salt and water but instantly after tea spill.

Apply baking soda instead of salt. Let it stay for 5 to 10 mins, then rinse it. You should get a stain free cloth.
