𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀:
Coriander : 1 tbsp,Cardamom/elaichi : 2-3,Black pepper : 1 tsp,Cumin/zera : 1 tsp,Cloves/loung : 5-6,Cinnamon/Daar Cheeni : 1,Red chili : 7 to 8
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Chicken : 1 kg
Grinded spices
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Roasted onion : 2 large size
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Tomato paste : 2 large size
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Nestle MilkPak yogurt : 1/2 cup
Now cover it and rest it for 2 hour
Nestle Milkpak yogurt : 1 cup
𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Oil : 1/2 cup
Flame : medium high
Add marinated chicken
Cook each side for 1 and 1/2 minute
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
Onion ring shape
Fresh coriander
Mint leaves
Fresh green chili
Nestle milkpak yogurt
Now place a foil paper
Place coal
Drizzle few drops of oil
Cover and enjoy the recipe :)
