Not a huge fan of the "ready, go" from the Garcia/Lewis match. I could tell it was kinda confusing the guys too. Sick tournament tho, dude!

Hey It's a common phenomenon that when you are on a cut / diet your muscles either lose or maintains it's strength can same thing be said about tendons or you can strengthen those using isometrics while cutting
@KevinPalkoArmwrestling3 ай бұрын
You can probably still strengthen those while cutting, my biggest problem while cutting is lack of energy and not wanting to go to the gym . So that makes it kinda hard
@Makabresicarius2 ай бұрын
Kevin I’m curious your opinion on this which is superior overall; farm strength or gym strength?
@KevinPalkoArmwrestling2 ай бұрын
@@Makabresicarius farm strength is definitely more functional, because it’s a lot of hand and grip strength. Gym strength is still good if you make a specific plan around Armwrestling

have you always had hands like that? You've got similar hand bone structure to mine, but your hands are way gnarlier (more muscular). Wondering if you started with well developed hands, or if all the arm wrestling and training really has made your hands like that. Great video btw

I started rock climbing in 2011 when I was in high school and have never stopped. Climbing, armwrestling, grip training and manual labor have definitely developed them over the past 15 years

These refs need to let the guys get a grip, the "elbow down" makes zero sense, if you are giving them 30 seconds or whatever to get there grip, then they should be able to compete for the grip, whether the elbow is down or not doesn't matter at that point.
