It’s not that deals just started being offered to Detroit. Street lords east side Chedda boys and rock bottom all had record deals offered. If I’m not mistaken street lords was offered $4-$5 million and they turned it down because they themselves had that type of money. A lot of people in power feared investing in Detroit because they felt rappers are really living what they rap and saw it as a risk. ..
