A simple question, but I don't know the answer. How does one get on one of these trains and where?

This train was operated by Vintage Trains. Have a look on google. Other operators in the area of steam tours are Saphos trips (trip to Plymouth next on 9th Oct) and Railway Touring Company. Will be more next year now.
