I swear the quiet little corner of the internet that is ambient music attracts so many like-minded people who just need an hour of peace, nostalgia, and ennui to themselves. There's nothing controversial here, nothing to argue about, just people fed up with life who all want to share their memories of a better time and reminisce to the soundtrack of their teens. When things were easier. It's like a secret club only we know about. It's not an exclusive club, anyone can join as long as you have good vibes.

These mixes help me stay sober everyday. Once a very young, completely hopeless, low bottom heroin addict; today I do my morning reprieve each day listening to this mix, Colourful Emotions, and others by +MrSuicideSheep and it has become one of the bricks in my foundation of a happy, healthy, sober life. I don't know this man but he is closer to my heart than he will probably ever know or be able to comprehend. I have life today, where I merely was existing before. I can't even begin to describe or explain what the music does to me.. My best attempt to sum it up is that I feel enlightened and like my spirit is being awakened. Starting each day out like this has been the only thing that has worked for me, along with working a program as well, but I won't get into all that.. After 10 years of failed attempts at this I am finally succeeding and I thank you for being a part of it. Keep the music coming, it is saving and changing lives sir. Much gratitude & love, B.

Mental Chrysalis; Thank you so much! I put myself out there like that in hopes that it will find its way to someone who is struqqlinq the way I once did.. I just want people to know that there IS hope, it may be difficult at times, but there IS a way out & no one EVER has to feel that way EVER aqain. It would warm my heart to the core to have someone read that & have them reach out to me.. It would qive me such pleasure to help show someone the way out, or at least even to plant a seed so that further down the road when they've finally been beaten enouqh to be ready they will qive it a true & honest wholehearted shot. Are you in recovery as well? I know you're a stranqer & that we don't know each other like you mentioned before, but I have such love & appreciation for you :) thank you aqain! -B.

Brandi Hart Why would you even do heroin?I mean i do mdma and lsd,shrooms ocasionaly and weed periodicaly,but heroin?
@FBFTheRagingWarrior9 жыл бұрын
***** Pretty sure'most psychonauts dont do opiates like heroin...Enjoying recreational drugs and exploring the human consciousness from time to time is one thing and being plain stupid and intentionally taking opiates is another thing comepletly...People who do opiates are either stupid,have no education on drugs,have a deathwish or were forced by someone to take it.I have done a lot of stuff ,and hey i have a job and im at university,as long as you have self control its not a problem,i smoke weed usually before i go to bed,put on some good chill step like this have a drink and enjoy my sleep like a baby,no problem.I haven't done mdma for a year now,but i was rolling on m for 5 years from seccond year high school to university but i only did it 2-3 times per year usually on psy trance festivals or local raves,if anything mdma makes you feel like being loved by everyone a beautiful lovey dobey feeling and incredible social opennes to people a kind of increased empathy which can last over half a year but not with the same intensity,and that has helped me too i used to be a very unsocial boy in high school,it helped me open up to people,and since im a law student and my university requires a lot of debates and talking it also helped me there no stage fright or anything,the world loves you and you love the world.(you can't even overdose on mdma its a stimulat and unlike opiates stimulants only make your brain pump more of something instead of feeding it with ariticial food like opiates,so when your glands reaches your maximum it doesnt matter how mucm mdma you take you wont get any effect,unless you are stupid and don't drink any water and die from dehidration)As for psychodelics,it takes courage to venture those seas.Sometimes they can tell you the uglier truth often we do not wan't to see both about our selves and the world around us,it takes a very strong mind to do psychodelics and only with the right mind set can you get something good out of that experience.It changes the perception for one.It can give you another window to look trough,we people usually only see from one,our perspective but the truth is there is no one correct standing,everyones perspective is both right and wrong at the same time.I once read something that went like this:We don't see things as they are,we see them as we are"Having a psychodelic experience can give you the insight of more than just yours view of things.Its a mind expanding experience to say at least.I understand that some people come out of it messed up,but its because its nota place you should visit if you are not ready for it.

I made a post on this video 9 years ago and I was just going over my old liked videos for nostalgia sake. Man so much has happened between now and then. I used to listen to this and dream about the future and what it holds for me....now I'm in the future and I couldn't be any happier. Dear past me, you did good, you did real good. Mr.Suicidesheep, if you ever see this, know that the things you do just because you like to, like make a curated mix of songs, put a beautiful photo and post it on youtube, things like this can change peoples lives, keep people going, brighten someone's day. For me, you inspired me to do better and I can't thank you enough.

ptanyuh the funny thing is, nobody could ever claim to know if there is or isn’t. There are things that happen in my life, that can be witnessed by others, that I attribute to “god”. Those things happened regardless of what it’s name or title is. I don’t see god as matter..god is just what I call everything. I choose to believe in god, for what I see and hear can’t be from me or just a complex coincidence. You can only understand what I’m saying if you’ve experienced what I do. But anyway, you’re not necessarily wrong, and neither am I.

this set always gets to me when it's around 25ish minutes and the voice of a young woman says: you know, unfinished business... you can tell she smiles afterwards, i dont know how but you can just tell. it reminds me so much of getting older and revisiting past locations and memories. Making smalltalk with the people whom are now exactly where you were a bunch of years ago. But there is also an underlying tone of regret. I think this is relatable to a lot of us , that have bittersweet memories like a chance not taken, or time wasted on something. I love this set, and every time i come back to it, i remember things because of the atmosphere. but also i look at the future with excitement and anticipation. There are people out there that make this music, people who make art like the one you see above. One day i'll find that place, and settle down. No more unfinished business.

Wow I found this again 11 years later. This is like a time capsule. So many memories and emotions forever etched into these beautiful melodies…

Andy Lu it seems to be helping a lot of people through hard times. It did for me years ago. It must be magical.

It's fun to put on your headphones, close your eyes and just imagine you're someplace else. Eventually, it starts to feel like real life, and that's when it starts to get awesome :)

For me personally the best part of this music is the first 1.45 minutes. Magic. Thank you for sharing with us.

What an awe inspiring mix. Throughout the years in the moments I've been unable to find peace and happiness within myself, I listen to this and it transports me to a place of hope and solace instantly. It's so powerful I love this mix so much

I find it quite odd most people don't like music like this. Or find it boring.. I don't know. I just find music I can actually feel the most deeply, to be the best kind out there. Though, music IS Music. So listen on xD

A lot of people say that the other mixes are the best. To each his/her own. This one is mine however. Peace

All other sheepy mixes or just ambient mixes in general, seemed a little obvious.

I just wanted to say how much more tolerable my daily office grind is since I've discovered your playlists, Sheep: no matter how miserable the winter weather is outside or how weary the weekday, it takes me somewhere better every time I tee up one of these mixes.

to be fair, some of us want to be successful! Don't judge us because we find motivation to try harder by listening to a sheepymix that helps us feel relaxed and at the same time energized~ I, too, am doing a lot of SAT prep over the summer! I have many people supporting me, and they're all great people. I used to be bitter like you, but I was surrounded by kind and caring people. Find people like that for yourself! Have a great rest of your week!
