QUESTION: Betterpress plates can be used for hot foiling OR is it the same as using a reg. metal die as a hot foil with thinner lines? Your work is always gorgeous !

Thank you! Yes, press plates can also be used for hot foiling. The design is more detailed (like a stamp) and the finish on the plates is different (designed to hold ink) than metal dies.

Bless plates, dies, and hot foil plate products all appear backwards because we use them “face down”. When they are cut, pressed or foil transferred, the design is mirrored and in the correct direction. They use actual product photos on the website showing you the side with the design on it. But, they also list the sentiments and dimensions in the product description for reference.
