Thanks for the great video! In 20:40, when you click (on a visual) on a different category from the one filtered by the DAX code with CALCULATE in the card, why this calculation is not affected? The same happens with the other example you show. Does it mean that the DAX filters prevail always over the rest?

You are specifying the filter within the calculate() function, as far as I understand, when using calculate the only filter context is in the formula. (Please correct me if i'm wrong!)

What if my slicer and one of the columns in a table visual is from the same column in a table , how to tell the calculate function to ignore the table level filter but keep the slicer filter applied. Please respond
