He will never blow up commercially, most real talent doesn't make it to that point. Anyone who has heard any of his work, (Acid Bath, Agents of Oblivion, Deadboy, or otherwise), knows what kind of talent he possesses. He doesn't change for anyone but himself, so he won't fit in to the commercial scene. All hail, and long live, Dax Riggs!

I was a metalhead, then I got older. Much like Dax. I've expanded my horizons and taste in music. Don't get me wrong, I still like good metal, though it's fairly hard to find any these days. I've also started listening to a lot of older music. Sinatra, Ray Charles, and pretty much anything that has spirit or soul poured into it. I respect all music of the aforementioned caliber, just as long as it isn't this prefab pop crap the mainstream pours out these days and expects people to pay for.

Acidbath are pretty darn good, but he has gone on to expand his artistic vision, and his voice has become a much more powerful weapon than any distorted guitar, or double bass drum could ever hope to be.

It doesnt matter what you think is better. I am a bigger Acid Bath fan, than his solo project too. But music is art and just because one person prefers one piece to another doesn't mean the other isnt great. I love all TRUE music. But im a metalhead at heart.

I can't stand that he changed the tempo and sound of this song. It sounds so much better this way.

I'm sure it was the music that made acid bath *brutal*. This is a total 360 of what he was doing in Acid Bath. Me being a metal head... this isnt that intriguing, COMPARED to acid bath. I'm not saying its bad.. but it just NOT like dax riggs in AB. Hes way too blues and slow for me now.
