Actually, the song is composed by Judge Smith. It's on Peter Hammill's 1974 album Nadir's Big Chance, and it's recorded in 1974, and Judge Smith recorded a version himself and published it on his album Democrazy. See Judge's website - Musicography. :-)

My biggest pet peeve whenever I hear live recordings are the obnoxious people who shout out their requests. Drives me absolutely insane. Obviously he has a set playlist. So all you're doing is ruining what would otherwise be a high quality recording. Just shutup, be respectful and enjoy what the artist chose to bring to you.
