Recently had the entire Blair's range and can honestly say, mega deaths and ultra death aren't anything special. Found that the After Death and Sudden death were a lot worse, even though they had a lower Scoville rating (50-100,000)

I don't know much about dealing with actors, but from what I understand they have very tenuous schedules. They are constantly late, or held up. I wouldn't be surprised if they are only given a large window of time that the interviewee can arrive in.

@Billy is correct. Most likely soundstage they are shooting in doesn't have cooking facilities or multi-part greenroom. A PA picks them up prior shooting, then yes scheduling could totally be responsible for the wings sitting out. However, a crock-pot is cheap. And I am capable of keeping my craftservices warm on location, so there isn't much of an excuse for shooting in a proper studio space.
