Thanks for being TRUE, HONEST, & just being You!!! Before I came across you the BIBLE was hard to understand, but now you make the Bible come to life. You read, teach, study, present, storytelling, pray, draw, and highlight so elegantly and you are such an amazing role model. Thank you 😊 God is/will bless you abundantly for all you do, for God, for your family, for your friends, for us!! ❤ I now am trying to rest, and take a Sabbath day on Saturday. I feel overwhelmed from being pulled in so many directions. My husband hates to read anything and could never get him to read the Bible until we met you, so just Loving our Bible time with you her in Van Buren, Arkansas

Wow you know what’s crazy is I was really feeling like I fell behind and I was feeling guilty but you’re absolutely right it’s not required or recommended and now I can finish where I left off with bible journaling… God sure knows how to get the message across at the right time time… his timing is impeccable for sure….

Yes you’re right I fell behind a few days, and I know it’s not required but it’s definitely a way to get closer to god and to abide by him and his relationship that he wants with us. To know about god is cool, but to know who he is and how to be close to him is the best. ❤ have a blessed day.

Thank you for your thoughts on "keeping up" with the daily study. I did fall behind the first weekend of this month as I went out of town. I have the tendency to get anxious about not getting the study done on the day it is released. I am giving myself grace to possibly be behind for a while. I always find time to do a couple of days together and will get caught up at some point. But to your point, my journey is with the Word of God which does not require a goal only my heart and mind. Thank you for your heart, mind and time as you deliver these studies.

Kanoe, been with you since Jan 1, 2023. I encourage everyone, try staying in study, in the Word 6 days per week. Yes, it's a commitment but if you put it aside, likely you won't pick it up again. The Bible is so massive, don't expect remembering every detail, but stay 'with the flow' of the entire Story. I've been in church all my life, there are things I forgot or just didn't know. Studying God's Word? The most rewarding experience..ever.

Really appreciate the message about the mana and our own pace. Started last year in May, jumped to the NT (2023 videos) now back to 2024 and making my way through the old. Don't think I'll make it through by the 1 year mark. Today I only got through one chapter but spent more than an hour in it. Feeling very nourished just the same.

I understand your views on taking a Sabbath. I believe that all of us need to do what we feel we are called to do. I do not work outside of the home so it’s not like I clock in somewhere. However, I do cook, I do not cook every day. I absolutely hate cooking. Ha ha. I do do laundry I do clean House, etc. every day of the week. But none of those tasks are work to me. I absolutely love all of it. It is enjoyable and helps me keep my sanity. However, I am talking to the Lord throughout my entire day every day. My husband on the other hand, is a truck driver and lots of times he works seven days a week. He would not have his job if he did not.🙏❤️ thank you again for another reading through the Bible with you my sweet sister🙏❤️

Kanoe (& Holly) thank you so much for all you do! I stumbled across your KZbin channel when searching for a daily Bible study. #answered prayer 🙌🏻 My husband and I just watched Pastor Robert Morris and his sermon on rest. Sooo good! We were reminded taking a Sabbath is one of the 10 commandments. It’s the longest written commandment. (Thinkin’ that means it was pretty impt to the Lord 😉) It’s literally a blessing from Him, to us. ❤ We work hard for our business 6 days and have a refresh on the 7th. No emails, no texts, no calls…nada. Just our family, friends…yard work 😅…nothing business related! My husband & I own our own company so, like many in this self employment world, you feel you are ALWAYS “on the clock”. We now know how important it is to honor the Lord by resting. It quite literally dishonors him when we don’t/weren’t. 😮😢 And…your Sabbath can be ANY day of the week, depending on your own career. Love that you understand the importance of it and that it’s not a choice…well, it is but with it comes consequences…life vs death. We choose life 😊 God bless!

I find it interesting how so many of God's people complain about the Sabbath. God intended it for replenishing us and, as you said, a day to worship him with our families. He is the only God out of all mentioned in this Holy book that wants us to rest. Yahweh is so good to us. I do not take a Sabbath, but find myself doing less recently and understand/appreciate those who do.

I just had to tell you this. When you talk about the sabbath, it was confirmation for me. I too teach that it’s a personal preference. My husband and will recognize Sunday as our day of rest(as a family) and I usually take an additional day if necessary. Rest is good. A day of less distractions and movements is good. I truly thank you for taking about it as often as you do. Some of us need that reminder to rest ❤

Your message was so accurate for me and especially on the day when I was praying about being able to catch up despite being so behind to everyone. I am reminded that I’m not behind and that God doesn’t want me to do this study to check it off as another task. He wants me to meditate on it and get something out of it. I feel relief with that message dear Kanoe. Thank you for allowing God to speak through you to me today. I have actually gotten back into this study since I avoided it for a while because of that pressure I put on myself of doing too much so I could catch up. Consistency is better than quantity. I’m learning that in many areas of my life. 🙏🏼😅

Agree. I read the bible and it is usually when I fill up and allow it to digest and I find that the words and the chapters that I'm reading is meant to be read when I read it. Everything happens at the right time or GOD shows up and lets me know what I was reading it shows up in the day. I'm like wow. OR Lord shows me what I need to learn or when I'm in the word the words or what I'm reading is exactly what I needed to be reading. He definitely directs my way and path. It's definitely renewing and changing my life.

I agree prayer can do all those things for us, praise the Lord. Also…Prayer is the only thing that will change situations, prayer is the weapon we have against the enemy to stop him. The Bible tells us the Lord watches over his word to perform it. As we pray his word Gods hand moves. Is the spoken word that creates and changes things through the power of God, and according to his will.

I needed to hear your words today about studying the Bible. Oryginally, my aim was to catch up so that I could study in real time with you, but I feel it will be so unjust to the actual study of the word. I dont wanna rush through it, and I want to take time to absorb it, so my plan now is to read and listen to your study in the morning and in the evening go over my notes and journal my thoughts on the morning study and my day. I feel that way I will be more present with the Word ❤

Wow I loved todays study God is always right on time! I am Behind in my reading a few days BUT GOD is right on time. Yesterday in the study was a scripture “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:14 KJV In the translation yesterday The Lord shall fight for you ..just be still.. or that is how I heard it. I believe the Lord give us this right on time. Had I been “ caught up” on our bible study I would not have had an event in my life happen that required me Not to dig in, fight, and fix. He just needed me to be still as he went to battle for me. I’m still praying for discernment, understanding and direction. I could use your prayers Thank you

0:08:33 I am feeling this. Currently the 48th day of the year, and I'm on day 035. As an OG, I know that there are going to be ebbs and flows to this bible study. Somedays I'm going eat everything up never getting full and other days, I'll only need a little. Some passages in the bible are going to take a time or two to read and understand and others are going to be dry and slow (Numbers I'm looking at you 😉) but I also know that's God's time isn't the same as ours and if I Finish on Day 371 like last year or day 1,003 like I did the first time I read through the bible back in my twenties, it doesn't really matter. I'm learning, expanding my knowledge and I feel good.
