Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Day 1 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge.
We will start the challenge with some basic breath work to start building the foundation of our pranayama practice. The techniques we will learn and practice today are:
1. Equal Breathing
2. Intercostal Breathing
3. Clavicular Breathing
4. Abdominal Breathing
5. Kapalbhati Pranayama
6. Anulom Vilom Pranayama

Done with day 1 today. Felt very relaxed and good. Mam I am having nasal polyp on left side so I was sneezing quite often in-between. Can u please suggest some yoga or breathing for improvement. Thanks

hello ma'am i am having daily chronic headache since last 3 years, i tried everything no medicines working on this. now, i have started practicing yoga and this meditation challenge by watching your videos. hope this will work for me and i will get cure asap. Hi Bharti - I'm returning to Yoga after 4 decades. love the series. A few questions: 1) Assume everything here is ok for guys? 2)Have you developed a mobile/tablet app for sale? 3) do you offer individual consultation classes via zoom etc.?

Hi Jay, lovely to see you coming back to yoga. Yes of course, all classes are appropriate for all genders. No, I do not have a mobile app but that's an idea! Right now I am not offering online sessions.

I had to sit on a chair I have been dealing with Sciatica sitting cross legged seems to hurt my legs. I am getting over Covid. The breathing seems to help.

Hi there, some of the pranayamas in the program can be a bit invigorating. I would recommend doing it in the evening with an empty stomach but a few hours before sleeping.
