Welcome to Day 1 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge.
We will start the challenge with some basic breath work to start building the foundation of our pranayama practice. The techniques we will learn and practice today are:
1. Equal Breathing
2. Intercostal Breathing
3. Clavicular Breathing
4. Abdominal Breathing
5. Kapalbhati Pranayama
6. Anulom Vilom Pranayama
