So sorry for the late response!! Yes you can live in a van! Even if its not a camper van it is doable. Camper vans are just a lot more comfortable. Yes most camping sites you have to pay for, there was one time we got stuck in a mist and had to wild camp and of course that was free. Are you planning a camper van trip?

@CherryandTrevor5 жыл бұрын
@@kristasahlin Hahahahahaa!! Thanks!! I brought a small mirror, I mostly got ready inside the Cozy Camper, just cause there were not enough stalls in most of the campsites, and some of them did not have a shower, and you know I had to multi task between getting ready and cooking 😅The other campsites we stayed at along the ring road are: Arnes, Brennisteinsalda, Haukafell, Egilsstadir, Hvammstangi and Olafsvik. There were 2 nights, we had to camp on a parking lot due to a sandstorm, and a lookout due to a thick mist. Both incidents we couldn't see a thing. When we woke up we realized we weren't the only ones parked! Hope this helps your planning!

Hi Cherry, I read 2.3 million people visited Iceland in 2018. Omg 😱 7000-9000 per day CIIAW. Blue Lagoon cost $150 each 😳 wow thats so much money. I dont think its worth it. Thats a ripoff. Some ones ripping a lot of people off. Seriously I doubt its worth the money. Thousands of people means its going to be filthy and worn out. I've travelled enough to know that huge crowds means its dirty, worn out like hostel in H.K.😅 I've learned there is no correlation between the money you pay and what you get. Sometimes you pay high price and get something good. Sometimes you pay high price and its just rubbish. You get what you pay for may or may not be true. I read some pretty bad reviews before. Many good reviews but good reviews mean nothing now. Its easy to pay someone to write positive reviews. Sadly this is the problem with tourism. Beautiful places can quickly become over-hyped shit holes. Sadly thats what happened to Boracay. Millions of tourists quickly gouge away at natures beauty leaving it full of garbage, raw un-treated sewerage, and mega-litres of urine. 😅👎
@CherryandTrevor4 жыл бұрын
The Blue Lagoon is really beautiful and we really enjoyed it! Yes it is expensive but you are paying for the atmosphere and the experience. We would definitely go again if we're ever in Iceland! Yeah overcrowding is an issue and Boracay is old example of that. This is bound to happen with tourism especially when travel is seen on many different social media platforms.

@@CherryandTrevor Eating 1 hotdog per day increases your risk of getting colorectal cancer by 18%. A child’s risk of developing a brain tumor from eating one hot dog per week is seven times higher than their risk for developing one as a result of regularly using a cell phone.😟 Eating hot dogs also increases the risk of childhood leukemia by 950%.🤯😟 Eating processed meats has also been shown to increase the risk of bladder, breast, and stomach cancers.😥 Hot dogs are high in saturated fat and sodium. Just one hot dog can contain over a quarter of your day’s sodium allowance and over 14 grams of fat. A 2014 study published in Public Health Nutrition looked at the dose-response relationship between eating red and processed meat and the risk of dying from heart disease. A data set of 150,000 deaths clearly showed that the more red and processed meat people ate, the more likely they were to die from heart disease. Another 2014 study in Circulation looked at data from over 37,000 Swedish men aged 45 to 79 years who had no history of heart disease. Men who ate at least 75 grams of processed meat per day had a 1.28 higher risk of heart failure and 2.43 higher risk of death from heart failure. Seventy-five grams is about one and a half hot dogs. Every hot dog you eat increases your risk of type 2 diabetes.😟 People who eat the most processed meats have approximately a 20 to 30% higher risk of diabetes for every two-ounce serving of processed meats per day. That’s just one hot dog per day - hardly a remarkable amount. Hot dogs are also high in nitrates and nitrites, two nitrosamine-forming compounds which can damage the pancreatic cells that make insulin. The type of saturated fat in hot dogs may also contribute to insulin resistance. High on the list of recalled products! Hot dogs have been recalled for many reasons. Some hot dog recalls have been due to contamination of Listeria, metal shards, and bone fragments. These kinds of contaminants may not be all that surprising given hot dogs ingredients. People find very strange, gross, and even dangerous things inside their hot dogs on a pretty regular basis. And these incidents don’t always trigger national food recalls, or even make much of a news splash. Here’s a short list: rubber bands, silverfish, plastic, hair clumps, glass, razor blades, insects, buttons, and pills. There may also be other, unexpected animal parts used in the making of hot dogs. Pig snouts, animal organs, intestines, and skeletal muscle are apparently fair game. Allergys: Hot dogs may contain ingredients that cause some people to have an allergic reaction. This, too, isn’t really surprising given that hot dogs contain a laundry list of ingredients. Many people are allergic to the types of meat trimmings used in hot dogs, food dyes like tartrazine, or additives like nitrates and nitrites. Also hotdogs are served with other unhealthy foods like white bread and coke cola and other sugary drinks. www.google.com/amp/s/foodrevolution.org/blog/are-hot-dogs-healthy/amp/ Most of us probably aren’t eating hot dogs on a heaping plate of raw kale with a side of mixed berries. We like our hot dogs on a heavily processed, white bun. And we top them with condiments that contain high amounts of sugar, sodium, and potentially harmful food dyes. We’ll add even more saturated fat, sugar, and sodium to our plate in the form of sides like potato chips and sugary soft drink beverages. In another study they discovered 2% human DNA in hotdogs. 🤯

@@CherryandTrevor come on stop it lol ha ha 😥😬😂 on a serious note. Never eat hotdogs they're so unhealthy. If only you knew what you are eating. This is why Americans are dying from cancer and why its the leading killer globally. The worst fats. What your muscles use mostly is glycogen which is stored in muscles and your liver. Complex Carbohydrates = CHO 65% of your daily intake of food should be CHO. Thats what your body needs. Its converted quickly into energy. I looked at your diet and its high in fat, and meat. Fat and meat has a higher energy density but it takes much longer to convert into energy. You'll find that eating complex CHO will give you sustained energy. A breaskfast like in the recipe above will give you at least 3~4 hours of energy. 65% CHO 25% Protein 10% Fat So yeah If you ate that breakfast you'd feel much better. Also I drink pomegranate juice which is very good for you. Anyway thats my advice. I hope you try it one day. 😇👌👏
