Not only can I not talk and craft, I cannot watch an instructional You Tube video while crafting. I either stop crafting and watch or craft and completely miss the video. I decorate for Halloween but put out very little. Very cute box. It looks complicated but after watching, I think I can do it. Thanks for sharing!

Tech Hubby you just keep Wowing us with your creative mind. Great job!! As to the question of the day decorate for Halloween. Used to do decorate up when the kids were little. Now that we are older & the kids are no longer at home, I just add hints of fall and a touch (Pumpkins, Skulls, etc.). All year I have a complete works (hard back book) of Poe that sits on top of a book shelf in our living room with two ravens sitting on top -we named them Lucy & Ricky. The accordion style scrapebook bos is a really good idea! Very versatile for any season.. Love the first day!

Beautiful project! Love this style. Again Tech Hubby did a great job on the intro. I usually decorate mostly for fall and when it gets closer to Halloween I put a few Halloween things out. When Halloween is over I take that stuff down and keep the fall decorations up until Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to the next 12 days of projects. Have a great day

I've been watching your videos for years...my favorite is your Halloween line...I have bought alot of your cards..I display them in my curio...every Halloween...yes I decorate for fall and Halloween... my favorite color is orange...orange wall...front door orange...accents in my kitchen r orange...always decorated for my children...now my grand children.. I'm 75 and from California...it's 100 degrees outside... but I'm in the mood for Halloween since June...keep making your adorable cards... tell hubby he did a great job...

Awesome job to the tech hubby for another great intro! Great project! Different and unique! When my children were little, I would always look forward to Halloween and all the trimmings. They are grown with older children of their own, so I will craft for Halloween, cards, projects, etc. but I no longer decorate the house anymore. We live in a rural/touristy area, and haven't had trick or treaters for years. That makes me kind of sad, so I usually just stay home and read a book.

Sweet Halloween video entry...loved when the mouth popped wide open...thanks for the spooky smiles, Tech Hubby! My spatial relationship skills are nil to none, so I've been confused about this box right up until you started adding in the sides. I'll definitely come back a couple times to get this construction correct. That orange plaid looks a bit different...nice. Fun project for decorating and saving memories. I have witches on my front porch all year round (long story), adding in warty pumpkins (love this variety developed a few years ago) for Halloween...my son just gifted me with one over the weekend...orange with lots of bumpy green warts. Yes! Also have a couple year round witches inside. So happy to see this series beginning...love the traditional colors, Ginny!

I have been painting since the mid 1990’s and have quite a few hand painted Halloween items for decorating the inside of my house. It’s a matter of getting out to the shed and going thru the storage totes. Some years I don’t bother doing it, especially if I am traveling part of October. I have a bay window, and put some of the larger pieces there so they can be seen from outside.

I decorate the front porch for Fall the first weekend in September and I leave it up until thanksgiving weekend. My living room and dinning room are also decorated for fall with special Halloween decorations all through both rooms that have either been hand made for me or purchased from Dixboro General Store where we purchase a new piece every year. We do moderately decorate for Halloween. We costume a store-display M&M to hold treats for the neighborhood kids; hang my spooky garden flag; and I carve foam pumpkins (less mess and reusable forever).
