I appreciate this so much! I don't have alcohol inks, but I do have wide-tip alcohol markers. So I spread out the glossy side of parchment paper, laid down strips of tape, and tried out various colors of my alcohol markers. Holy moly was I surprised! It worked!!! And dried quite quickly. It's like learning how to make hidden paper clips...once I got started tonight, I didn't want to stop. I love it!!!

If you add drops of isopropyl alcohol to the ink when wet, with a pipette or dropper, it creates lots of textures. The ink reacts well to it.

Dropping the ink on the pouncer is how I have always done it rather than dropping onto the tape. If you drop 2 or 3 colors on a pouncer or makeup sponge then dabbing on some tape, you can get marbly patterns and different colors.

I love this idea. I wish I had time to watch all these long videos but it doesn’t work out a lot. You just got you own playlist on my list. You can use a little blending solution or alcohol if you don’t like how it came out and get it flowing again. My favorite pack and probably my first of alcohol ink

I loved making these. I just got a slew of alcohol inks off of facebook & have been wanting to use them. I have Latte & Carmel but didn't have the other one, but I did have spice, and it came out more yellow like old tape. I don't know if u have spice, but if u do try it. Can you stamp on the tape?? Would you use the alcohol ik or just stamp ink?

@@tribet2006 once dry you can stamp over the alcohol ink with a permanent ink like Archival Ink. You can try others to see as well but since the tape is plastic some inks may not dry.
