🌟 Huh, learnt two new skills today, paradiddle and adding emojis to KZbin comments! Thanks for the lesson! (And thank you for discussing how to do the tap near the start; it was new info for me. Made it easier!)

Ok, Mrs., challenge accepted! I've started right now. And startet messing already. But it's getting better fast!

⭐️ . As always, thanks, Mickey. Needed that. Last words of encouragement (permission to be messy): exactly the message my brain needed. Have a great day.

I think I had blocked the paradiddle feet part when I initially went through the course material…it was more attainable this time. Don’t get me wrong…it was still a hot mess but also a lot of fun!

Hi Robin, sorry I missed seeing all of you when I was in Belfast and you were just up the road. So glad the timing of this challenge is spot on. That's why my mum used to tease that I was part witch. haha. I have a spidey sense about these things. :)

There is so much cool stuff to rob and duplicate from snare drumming and drum kit. For my own practice the other day I was practising hand/feet polyrhythms by playing syncopated drum kit bass parts with my foot over rock rhythms.

Thanks Boss. Question - the Up and Down strokes displayed at the bottom of screen is that available in a pdf format? Side note when I clicked on the "Freebies" link Bitdefender Total Security reports it as an online threat ... that the connection is relying on an expired certificate. Cheers.

Hi Ken, thanks for the heads up about the website glitch. Just took a few minutes with GoDaddy support to sort that out this morning and waiting to hear back from my other tech support about my Subscribe box. Just tested it myself and it works fine in Safari, but it's playing up using a Chrome browser. Isn't tech fun. lol I appreciate you letting me know. The notation is all included in the accompanying PDF from the Keepers Of The Rhythm course. I'll consider making a separate pdf for the 5 Days challenge to email subscribers.

Sylvie, that has to be one of my fave videos of all time. I still laugh uncontrollably when I watch it, but it's even funnier because it truly represents their sense of humour. I got to meet them both when they came to visit me in Cape Breton and Dean and I jammed to tunes on the deck. He also gifted me a beautiful tipper while they were there and it was made from moose antler with eagles carved into the ends. The friends and memories music has given us are priceless.
