Day 1 of our Family Adventure on the Disney Wish! 🚢

Welcome back my little adventurers! Today is the day you have been waiting for. Today is day one of our cruise on the Disney wish. We leave from our resort of Port Orleans and head down to port Canaveral to board Disney’s newest and biggest cruise ship. The Disney wish is part of the Wish-class of ships and can accommodate 5,555 passengers. With 15 decks it has so much to see and do.
Our first day we headed to Marceline Market to have lunch and then we head out to explore our home for the next 4 nights. We check out the pools and the upper decks where you can relax and get some sun. Then we head to the kids clubs and look at all the fun things the kiddos get to do.
Once our room is ready we head down to check it out and wow is it pretty! Our room was themed to princess and the frog so most of the motif was green. Each floor on the wish is themed to a different princess.
Next it’s time to head up to the top deck to get a spot for Sail away party! This party was by far my favorite of all the ships I’ve been on. Then we were on our way.
Dinner was in 1923 and boy was it amazing. The food on Disney cruises is nothing short of incredible. We all had amazing dinners and lots of desserts.
And since this was a Merrytime cruise we had to end the night with the tree lighting ceremony.
