Asana - pose
Benefits of Standing Forward Bend Pose :-
- Stretches the hips, hamstrings
- Keeps your spine strong and flexible
- Increases blood flow to the brain
- Improves digestion
- Reduces stress, anxiety, depression
- Strengthens the thighs and knees
- Activates the abdominal muscles
Precautions of Standing Forward Bend Pose :-
- Avoid if you’re suffering from Sciatica.
- Back injuries
- Hyperextended knees

Namaste 🙏 Practice daily and after warm up - yoh can strech better ( you can use pillow or yoga blocks or practice with wall support)

before 4 years and now big difference in body but not in streching/elasticity....good job....i want to do also like you....but not done in past any yoga...please suggest me...

Namaste 🙏 Start with basic asanas - stretching, forward bending, back bending, sun salutation, pranaya Practice -30-40 minutes daily then you can increase and important 3 points :- 1) correct Posture 2) Focus on your breath 3) hold in the posture

Avoid forward bending and if you want then do practice with certified teacher and do self practice

Namaste 🙏 Beginner’s- hold 10-15 seconds and practice 2 times Intermediate- hold 20-30 seconds and practice 2-3 times Advanced - hold 40-60 seconds and practice 2-3 times ( Holding in the posture - helps to improve your strength, flexibility also improve your posture and improve focus and concentration power too )
