Sir in Base Effect Can we say that, Base year is inversely proportional to Inflation Rate One more correction sir In PPT the data given for WPI is for 2004 - 05 base year actually for 2011 - 12 it is Primary articles ( 22.62 %) , Fuel and power ( 13.15 %) and Manufactured products ( 64.23 %) sir

How low inflation leads to low demand what is the relation? If the prices are low the people will buy the goods so it leads to high demand? But how does it lead to low demand

Money supply also reduce in low inflation which reduce the purchasing power
