It has been a number of hours since I made this video. I calmed down so much from speaking to you all. Talking to someone about your problems and fears releases so much negativity from your body and mind
Which in turn helps you to be able to let go of 3D needs.
That last sentence keeps repeating in my head, so i had to write it. It's kind of like conscious free streaming streaming between my Higer Self and myself, the person typing this description, lol
