This isn't how I planned things to happen. Life doesn't often go as we plan.
This is the background of why I decided to create this channel, to share my pain with the world. Trauma isn't something we should be ashamed about and often it is not talked about. This only make the process of healing more lonely and isolating as you feel you are the only one going through it..
I share my story in the hopes that one person feels seen and heard and knows, you are not alone.
