Just discovered this KZbin channel, and I just subscribed because I loved it, I was doing a very similar thing back in October (winter arc trend) I told myself to follow some rules listed below 1. No Processed Food 2. Daily Lunch Preparation 3. Gym 4/5 days a week 4. No Alcohol 5. No Smoking 6. No Fap 7. Pray to God 8. Keep Room Clean 9. Financial Limitation 10. Sleep Early 11:30 PM 11. Drink 2L of Water I documented this in my diary; however, I failed after 3 weeks because I got tired and lonely. Now I’m going to try again from the first of January, my question is how do I not fail this time and stay consistent?
