That's simple... First of all, he has find a good wheel/ball combination with a heavy Teflon ball with 21mm diameter, and a perfect rotor cone angle, pretty steep. This combo brings a huge advantage. Of course the wheel tilt is significant, the ball hits most of the time the same diamond. And, he uses his own dealer's signature by throwing with a constant momentum of his right hand from the same spot (around number 21) while he is turning the rotor consistantly at the same speed (around 3.9 - 4.1sec.).
