The High Court ruling quashed the v mandate for police and army and by default everyone else. The police have a duty of care to now act against the unlawful actions of parliament; or be in breach of their oath of office (assuming that they care). They are required to keep the Queens peace and the Court has ruled the v mandate unlawful. No one is above the law and this also means parliament. Mutiny against the Queens peace is an offense.

I am of support regarding much of Government's actions during this ongoing Pandemic as I believe they have ensured the safest way forward and saved lives. I didn't want to get vaccinated but felt that I should do so as it meant that I could play my small part in keeping my fellow citizens as safe as possible. While I empathise with people who have lost their jobs and freedoms I do not support the ongoing occupation of Parliament grounds. I wish all of my fellow brothers and sisters attending the protest all the best but respectfully disagree with their views. Listening to the speeches that have occurred, I have agreed with much that has been said but this has mostly been on matters which are not related to mandates or vaccinations i.e. our appalling record in regards to how too many of our mokopuna are treated and our treatment of the whenua where we live. I hope that we will be able to come together again once this is all over and welcome with an open heart anyone irrespective of their views into my aroha. Best wishes to everyone and I love you all.

You can only prevail if you understand the legalities of the system,otherwise it is going to extinguish you "legally" The application needs to state that they are not dead,have been always living and have the ability to make contracts.....because any passport,birth certificate,Vax pass,mortgage you have signed......makes you "dead" on paper and the govt as your Power of Attorney....with all the powers that come with that title ..to make decisions on your behalf Don't dismiss this if you don't understand it,because they are depending on you working this out,to save their lives. The courts can only deal with those that are "dead" on paper. Don't engage your lawyers to help or do this...as they can't. You must keep this silent,do the work yourself or find out more details from mark Christopher. The document you make up needs to be served legally with proof of service....it needs to be served on the coroner's Court. Once you have done this,you need to get a copy to those in jail.....so they can make it known to the court that they are no longer dead on paper.......therefore the court has no jurisdiction to hold them......because the state does not have power of attorney over them no more......as they have reinstated their living identity with the coroner's Court and request that the court (of the dead) release them from unlawful detention otherwise it is liable for criminal damages litigation.... Watch the clip below and you will start to realise what's going on.it is twisted and hard to get your head around.....but it's up to you.our heros depend on you.
