What kind of chopsticks are those (what material)? Are there any marks on the teflon pan from the chopsticks from all the scraping? I have ceramic chopsticks and I don’t want to ruin my pans.

You did a great job and made a massive improvement since day 1. It might help you to relax a bit more and breathe - you seem stressed and holding your breath, which is not worth it just to make a good omelet IMHO. All that said, well done man!
