The daring adventure perk has a secret stash attached to it so that may be why you have different items at trader

No they changed it since the update no more secret stash and also every player's trader inventory is different by default now.

Pipe bombs do VERY little block damage. In fact both the pipe bomb and the Molotov do only 5 block damage.

Same, it took me a couple of episode to differentiate which one is penta's and modi's. Penta have raspier lower voice. Modi have a smoother higher voice. I'm already familiar with Wander's voice. And of course, Aavak's. 😄
