What starts as a summer crush quickly spirals into a waking nightmare.
When 17-year-old Colton is left to babysit his little sister for the summer, he becomes infatuated with Heather, the mysterious new girl living in the eerie old house across the street. But as he watches from afar, he notices something terrifying-her foster father’s behavior is growing more sinister by the day.
As Colton’s obsession deepens, he begins to suspect that Heather is in grave danger. Convinced that her foster father is part of a Satanic cult preparing for a ritual sacrifice, Colton takes matters into his own hands. But as he tries to save her, he realizes the truth is far darker and more horrifying than anything he could have imagined.

Great movie, much better than what I expected, to be honest. I can understand how some might say it's similar to other movies, but it is NOT a direct rip-off. The ending does leave it open for a part 2, which I hope they make because the last scene is when it REALLY starts to get good!! :-) Give it a watch, I think you'll be glad you did.
