Thank you Hannah, recently I lost my little birdy (pet) and I couldn't follow summer Pilates for a couple of days. Today I started again and it was the only hour that I could do something without thinking about him. Hello Hannah!!! Sorry to not put some words yesterday after have done that session: so many things to do just after it! So, I do it now, before starting my complete routine today! As usual I'm still happy to get one hour session because I need a minimum practice by day and feel so well after done it. The exercises were very effective although so easy to do: I'm glad to be able to do the challenger version at each time! Yes, I realize that I get more strength and flexibility even my left wrist still hurt me. Thank you sweet Hannah for your so wonderful work even sometimes I think that you repeat the same exercises from a session to the next one. What I do, it's simply that I do them stronger and slower to increase the difficulties. It's sure that I practice Pilates workouts since almost Two Years now, and I've 60 years old. I think really that that discipline is the best for people of my age. Thank you sweet teacher to offer us daily that such beautiful support for getting a healthy body! yes, we need to move daily, and it's a such effective manner to do it! Yesss Hannah! The real reason that I still follow you is that I love your softness which doesn't hide your strength and your love for everyone. You are a so good person and it's a real pleasure to practice your Pilates workouts. Sometimes, I choose more difficult sessions offered by other teachers because I like variety and it's good for me to know how other teachers work. It's sure that I'm curious and I'm happy to feel freedom for getting so wonderful health! Lots of love. Namaste.

This was quite challenging for me because I completed the workout of day 12 a few hours earlier to catch up, but I really feel stronger the more regularly I excercise with you :) my body feels better and whenever I bike, I can do much longer distances than before - more endurance :) it is thanks to your videos Hannah :) thank you dear trainer :)

Sorry Hannah.. Am wee but behind, have had fee hectic days.. So am catching up with last few days.. Did this one first & will move to others I've missed in a way that's good for me. But really loved this one. I think during 1st part of main workout you suddenly said "keep your shoulders apart" ... Did feel like you were speaking to me, as I quickly rectified my posture 😂 Appreciated that work on the hips Also Bur as always trying to steal your limelight lol
